I’ve been to this location no less than a dozen times over the last year and every time, the service gets slower and slower.Tonight was no different. I waited almost 20 minutes in the drive through, just to receive cold food and a flat/bad sprite. I would have gone back and complained but I didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes.Officially breaking up with Whataburger. Just doesn’t seem like anyone cares about customer service or quality food anymore.

It took this location 10 minutes to even get... read more I ordered a #5 (Bacon and Cheese Whataburger) with a chocolate shake substituted for the drink via the drive-thru. It took this location 10 minutes to even get the food for the person in front of me, not to mention a few more minutes to get my order to me. When I got my order, they didn't even give me my fries. I thought about turning around and asking for my fries, but the line piled up thanks to the long waits, and I didn't feel like waiting in line a half hour just to get my fries. Every other Whataburger in town is ran more smoothly than this embarrassment of a franchisee. Go get your food from one of them. Don't bother with this one.

It feels like getting a fresh, hot burger at any Whataburger location is impossible. They might want to think about removing it from the menu entirely. I can’t help but wish Whataburger's employees had training similar to that of Chick-fil-A.

You absolutely have to try the fried pies—they're outstanding!
