Whataburger - Grapevine
Whataburger
Description
Nestled in grapevine's bustling scene is a Whataburger that perfectly encapsulates the charm and quirks of this beloved Texas chain. While the burgers and fries consistently deliver that familiar taste Texas fans adore, numerous patrons have noted significant delays in service, often enduring long wait times even when the restaurant isn't crowded. However, these challenges are somewhat offset by the friendly staff, who strive to maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Despite occasional mix-ups with orders and the price point being on the higher side, the Whataburger experience remains a cultural staple that many continue to cherish.

This Whataburger location in Texas is the slowest I’ve ever encountered. Even though there were no other diners during our morning visit, it took 20 minutes for us to receive our breakfast on a Sunday morning. It appeared that the employees were more focused on chatting with one another than on serving customers.
I ordered two sausage, egg, and cheese taquitos, and unfortunately, both were quite disappointing. It felt like the filling had been cooked long ago and just kept warm under a heat lamp. Normally, their taquitos are delicious, but this time I had to throw the second one away.
I wish there were more Whataburger locations in my state because this place is amazing. Their menu features excellent burgers, shakes, and fries. On another visit, I also tried their salad, which was fresh and tasty for $8.75. I’ll definitely be returning.
I had my first visit to this restaurant and I really enjoyed both the food and the service from the staff. I highly recommend it!
As a Grapevine resident who's visited many Whataburger locations across Texas, I can say this one is by far the worst I've encountered. The wait times are absurd, orders often get mixed up, the staff can be rude, and the food usually arrives cold. Luckily, there's an In-N-Out nearby.
