I appreciate this Wendy's location because they tend to be faster than others in the area; however, 75% of the time, my order is either incorrect or missing items. I always make it a point to check my food before leaving to ensure everything is right, but it’s more about the principle of the matter. I consistently use the app for mobile orders, so I'm unsure how mistakes are made. Honestly, I notice that the staff is mostly young and they seem to be more focused on their tasks rather than on accuracy. Apart from the frequent mix-ups with orders, this is still a decent place to eat.
The restaurant has windows that are covered, and the young staff seem quite unmotivated. I had a terrible experience; they refused to take my order in person, so I had to place it online instead.
I ordered the Texas Biggy meal for $5.00, but I was given a fish sandwich instead. Food rating: 1/5.
