Sbarro - Grapevine
Sbarro
Description
Tucked into a busy mall food court, this fast-casual spot offers affordable pizza, baked ziti and pies with quick reheating for crisp slices. Flavors are hit-or-miss — cheese balance is acceptable, but crusts and breadsticks can be dry and freshness inconsistent. Service and ordering policies feel inconsistent, and there are reports of food-safety issues, so choose freshly made items. Best for budget-conscious shoppers and quick mall meals amid a lively, crowded atmosphere.

Very bad service, cashier too. They have very bad service and attitude ? I bought Stromboli but not enough cheese for $7 dollars to expensive and was not hot enough and I asked if they have a combo, cashier told me no, but on display was showing $11 something for combo ?
After placing our order, the staff placed the pizza slices in a conveyor toaster, quickly reheating them while keeping them warm and giving the crust a nice crispness. As we paid for our meal, we decided to order strawberry lemonades to complete our experience and hurried to find a place to sit, as the food court was crowded with weekend shoppers. We ended up sitting next to the carousel, where the lively atmosphere added to the bustling scene of hungry customers. Overall, the pizza was decent, with an acceptable cheese-to-sauce ratio. However, I found the crust to be a bit dry and hard for my liking. The breadsticks suffered the same fate, being dry and chewy with little moisture. The prices were reasonable and typical for fast food in a mall food court setting.
4/19/24 - I do not recommend eating at SABARO. I had it for lunch, and it caused me severe stomach cramps and food poisoning! Avoid this place unless you enjoy experiencing diarrhea.
