I didn't know... read more I paid with a gift card that the cashier or manager did not understand that he was used as a credit card. I spent almost an hour getting my food. I didn't know they wanted to send me away because they couldn't get it to work. I stayed because I didn't go without eating. I was very patient with them until they found out, almost taking a nap. I wasn't worthy because I felt like I worked hard for food for which I first paid. After a long flight delay and just getting home, I went nowhere else because they couldn't get it right. I hope that with their new knowledge no one has to know what I've done for a burger and pommes. I love Red Robin? Yummm!

We were charged for using the game terminal/screen, though we had not (They reversed the charge when it was pointed out). Service was average, and the wait staffseemed stretched.

And I forgot to mention the fri... read more Red Robin has been around forever and with good reason, GREAT Burgers! They have a wonderful bar with great specialty cocktails. And I forgot to mention the fries! Big thick steak fries and they will bring you more if you want them. They havelots of bottomless beverages and some great desserts. We always come here when we're on the lookout for a good burger.
