While I appreciate good food an... read more I visited Pho Xpress on January 24th at 4:55 PM and enjoyed the food. However, the cashier was unfriendly and seemed disengaged. While I appreciate good food and proper customer service, the lack of warmth from the staff has discouraged me from returning. I can only give one star. I recommend the company provide proper customer service training to the gentleman at this location: 2805 E. Grapevine Mills Circle.

The... read more The food at Pho Xpress is outstanding, and the service is fast. You really get great value for your money. I tried the Sesame Chicken, and it was fantastic. The chicken was tender, the batter perfectly crispy, and the sauce flavorful. The rice was cooked perfectly—firm with a gentle crunch, but not too hard, making it easy to eat with chopsticks. I’ll definitely return next time I’m near Grapevine Mills.

We've sampled a wide variety of dishes, and it's always some of the freshest and most delicious flavors I've encountered at an Asian restaurant. I particularly love the Pad Thai, fried rice, and any of the curries. The Pho is also outstanding. The welcoming atmosphere makes us feel like family. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking excellent Asian fast food.
