P.f. Chang's - Grapevine

P.F. Chang's holds a special place for my wife and I. We do not get eat there too often, but treat ourselves on anniversaries, etc. A couple of years ago, we were given a $20 gift card as a gesture of thanks from the house management. (I complemented our waitress). It's been a while and apparently the card doesn't work after a while. Management didn't hesitate to honor the card after our waiter noticed that the card wasn't working. I sincerely wish that incident hadn't happened, because it looks like I'm simply complementing them and our waiter for this. I'm not. Tonight, our waiter, Alexander, was simply the best. It was my wife, my toddler son and I. Let's be real people, I ordered two waters and a coke. I let Alexander know about our gift card ahead of time and the three of us split a small appetizer and chicken fried rice. Why am I explaining this? We are not a money making table. Alexander showered us with attention, great service and engaged us in short, appropriate, and entertaining conversation. He could have given us considerably less effort and it still would have been a good experience. He didn't, he went above and beyond, treating us like regulars he sees every week. My wife and I even said we wished we could afford this just to be one of his regulars. Alexander, you were sensational, thank you for making us feel like your very best customers.

I always eat here when I come back to Ft Worth area. Have a favorite waiter here and always have great food. But now very upset with Corporate--they changed the lunch menu-and can not order the lunch portions of my favorite dishes here. I have to order the large order.

Always have a great experience there. The food was great and the wait staff were awesome!! Had the Mongolian Beef, Sesame Chicken, and Honeydew melon shrimp with friend rice. Great place to go for two or to enjoy with the family like I did.

Had another great meal and an awesome waiter! Go their anytime we are in the area!

The tempura rice bowl was amazing! Big serving food was fresh and quick service. This will be a regular stop for me.
