A heartfelt thank you to Sylvia and the entire waitstaff for their exceptional service and attention. The 8-Course Dinner made our evening truly unforgettable. This is the worst 160.00 that I spent on myself. The staff is awesome. The service of food however is awful. It was almost an hour before drinks were received. I was in a group of twelve. This is the worst meal that I've had in years . Not a single person ordered dessert. If it wasn't for the great company this would definitely been an early night . I have eaten at the Old Hickory in three of the Gaylord Hotel locations, Nasheville, Orlando and DFW. Everytime the food and service has been excellent. Very conistent with supurb service and food quality.
Lou and Brian were our servers. They were excellent. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The ambiance was perfect. Best meal and service we’ve had in years.
