One of my kids had an accident with their drink and spilled it all over the table and the pizza. The staff was super understanding and helpful. They brought out a new pizza and gave us a free shirt for the little one to changeinto. Chuck E. Cheese came out and the kids weren't feeling too comfortable, but he come over, said hello and interacted withthe kids. They loved him! They even got some cotton candy! It was such a nice experience.

The games were not up and running when we arrived. (opening time) They were very accommodating, with a free play card andsoda/pizza. I just want to thank them for their professionalism and kindness.

The card sy... read more Surprisingly, the pizza here is quite tasty. The restaurant is very clean, and the staff are friendly and sufficient. The kids had a fantastic time. The card system for games and tickets functions smoothly. My only gripe is that the games haven’t been updated in years; some are really boring, and a few don’t even work. I’d say over half of the games are just filler—ones that no one wants to play or only tries once before feeling disappointed. Aside from that, we had a great experience.
