He looked incrediblyannoyed and said it would be a 20-30 minute wait. It was nearly empty inside with many open tables so that made no sense. Weended up eating somewhere else and decided to come back at 7 to get desert where we were told they decided to close early todayso we couldn?t be seated, seems absolutely absurd for a Saturday night. Horrible customer service and incredibly disappointingsince it was my birthday

The only reason I am giving one star is because the manager was fairly reasonable. She did come up with the excuse of them being short staffed, but many places are short staffed and still treat people with respect and kindness. ThisChili?s located in the Grapevine Mills mall was disgusting/dirty, horrible customer service, and just all over the place. Whenplacing my reservation, I waited 10-15min for a text for an open table. Once we finally got seated, we still had to wait evenafter we had already waited. Nobody even came to take our drink order. After about 15min of waiting, we notice another couplecome in and be seated in front of us. Almost as soon as they were seated, a waitress came and took their drink order. I wasappalled and called her over to tell her that we arrived prior to the other couple and still had no help. She immediately gotdefensive and expressed attitude towards me and passive aggressively waved her finger in the air and told me, ?one second?.After her rude attitude, we were finally helped by another waiter, but he was pretty short with us and gave off negative energy.We eventually got the manager and told her about our awful experience that we were already enduring and she was friendly andunderstanding. She offered to move us to the bar to get another waiter, but at this point, my boyfriend and I were done and didnot want to eat there anymore. Instead, went to another Chili?s and had an amazing experience and very friendly waiter! Thewaiter was only a teenager and he had a way better attitude than the grown woman working at the Chili?s in the mall. That?ssaying something!
