The service was genuine and exceptional. In today's world, it’s rare to find authentic customer service in restaurants. The food earned a rating of 4 out of 5. This review would have garnered a full 5 stars, but the noticeably dirty and sticky floors and seats were a drawback. The area beneath the tables could certainly use a more comprehensive cleaning.

We really enjoyed the food and still frequently order curbside pickup from our nearby Chili's. The food quality is excellent, though the prices are somewhat high, which appears to be common nowadays. I also suggest signing up for their membership—it includes free chips and salsa!

The service here is outstanding! It surpasses the one near my home, with servers who are attentive and helpful. The food arrives quickly and is perfectly prepared!

Props to the manager Heather Underwood she accommodated us with no hesitation to a booth even tho I know they were busy she was very polite about and did her job well!!!!

Seth was our server tonight and he did fantastic! He had such a welcoming tone that made our time there much more enjoyable. Such a sweetheart ???? will definitely be coming back!
