Any other time I'd give this place one star (less if possible) However today I will glady give a solid five stars as I feel Mr. Anthony needs recognition for doing such a fine job running this establishment. There is a highly noticeable difference in the customer service and overall atmosphere in the building when he's running the show. Update: No improvement, after several months I tried once again to see if they have improved and they still disappoint. It took over 30 minutes to get a very basic order and there was only one person ahead of me. One cashier was giving food away to her friends, she very obviously pretended to swipe their payment card through the register. They been serving raw biscuits here long as I can remember EDIT JUNE2024: They heard us and they stepped their game up. Food was on point and biscuits were perfect the last 3 visits.
Quarter to 5 when everyone is getting off work and no chicken or dirty rice available. Had to wait for it to be prepared. Again

Original: One of the worst Bojangles I’ve been to, biscuits are not cooked properly, not brown on top, doughy, Bo rounds are either not completely cooked or have sat under heat lamp too long, they can’t even get a country ham and egg biscuit correct. I just don’t bother to go here after several attempts and multiple screw ups by the staff.
Way to much playing in the back and only one person handling the whole front. Need to replace some employees in order to regain good business.
