their menu doesn't look promising, but they are ready to veganize essentially everything on the menu. we both got their hate, and I got it (with kokosmilch), tofu, soy sausage and vegan sourdough. this restaurant also lowers the price of its menu items if they don't get eggs or meat, or otherwise replace them. eating was much better than expected, and the mimosas were also great. they have not put us to happiness bes... What Lauren Geib doesn't like about Ma Mosa's:
Really wanted to have a great experience here and this wasn't it. Waited 20 minutes to be seated on a Friday morning, which isn't a huge deal, I understand being busy. Once we were seated, a nice gentleman brought us water and then we didn't have another staff member stop by for almost another 20 minutes. Ordered huevos rancheros and a mini burrito and it was over 40 minutes before we ended up leaving. No food ever c... View all feedback.
Cool place to have breakfast. Don't be alarmed if it looks full when you walk in there's another seating area in the back. The menu has both breakfast and lunch served all day and includes both traditional and modern dishes. I enjoyed the Classic Burritowith Sausage and coffee from a local roaster. The burrito with 3 eggs and the sausage was huge, I couldn't quite finish it! Thecilantro lime sauce added a nice complimentary flavor.
9:30 a.m. on a Saturday morning, busy but that didn't affect their service at all. Excellent service. Perfect food, original flavors that are unique and exceptional. What a great experience and atmosphere. Beautiful place.
Best breakfast I?ve had in some time. The biscuits and mushroom gravy were delicious. The potatoes were perfect. Everything cooked supremely. Cute atmosphere, friendly and good service, affordable? great experience all around.

If they like, the beetstrami is a must try! it is vegetarian, but they will make it vegan for them and I think the vegan version is even better. they use a roasted garlic sauce instead of aioli. they have a bean bowl (the “steep” that can also be veganized. I think they have soybean as option.
