If I could rate this place below one star, I would. What I expected to be a simple order quickly turned into a mess. I ordered a frozen coffee but was given a frozen hot chocolate instead. Although the staff replaced my drink, my boyfriend’s order was even worse. He asked for a plain toasted bagel with plain cream cheese, but ended up with a toasted bagel soaked in butter! This is just basic common sense. I get that there’s a staffing shortage, but that’s no excuse.
The restaurant was bustling, yet the wait time was reasonable. The staff at the counters were very friendly, which made me glad I decided to visit.
