At first, I thought their behavior might be due to racism, but after reading other reviews, I’ve come to realize they are simply unhappy individuals.

Whenever I go in, there's often no one in line, yet the sole staff member is busy handling m... read more I believe the on-the-go app has negatively impacted Dunkin' Donuts. Whenever I go in, there's often no one in line, yet the sole staff member is busy handling mobile orders. As a result, customers who are there to order in person end up waiting unnecessarily. They either need to eliminate the app or hire more staff.

I ordered a frozen coffee but was given a frozen hot chocolate instead. Although the staff replaced my drink, my boyfriend’s order was even worse. He asked for a plain toasted bagel with plain cream cheese, but ended up with a toasted bagel soaked in butter! This is just basic common sense. I get that there’s a staffing shortage, but that’s no excuse.

There was still an hour and 15 minutes until closing, and the store was completely empty. I don’t see why they couldn’t have taken a moment to clean the machine again—it’s just a large blender, which shouldn’t be hard to clean. There was even ice still left inside! I would understand if it were right at closing time, but it definitely wasn’t.

The restaurant was bustling, yet the wait time was reasonable.
