Bojangles - Graniteville

Hardly has anything you ever ask for.. long wait time to get order taken. Long wait for food. Always told to pull up. Asked for sauce with food and wasn?t told until I was asked to pull up they was ?out? again. Not sure it?s so much employees seems like a management issue but then again it is a team effort.

I love Bojangles live in the area. I refuse to go to this location due to they never have the items I choose to order (including chicken) staff has negative attitudes with customers. I'm very impressed this location is still in business due to the reviews never busy when driving by all the time.

Won't be going back to this location for a cup of water. The Mgr on duty was extremely rude, she was yelling at her staff while a waited for my 2 sandwiches only to get back to work and find out they were both wrong. I attempted to call the store and the phn doesn't ring only hangs up as if it's off. I will be sure to do my part in discouraging my team members not to eat there.. Sincerely Dissatisfied.

I just wanna thank the team personally this evening, Treyvon, George took excellent care of us. These young men are very professional and polite. They definitely treated us like family.. Hats off to these guys!

This was not a good bojangles. Service was bad, she over charged me for stuff I didn't order. And the fries were just terrible. Looks great on the outside but it was so disappointing
