Hannah's Bbq South - Feedback

What Tim Cornett likes about Hannah's Bbq South:
It's pretty bad when you have to add your own sauce to their wings and broil them because they didn't get them right. I love their wings but lately someone has dropped the ball. And yes it is the Granite location. It's disappointing when you find the one thing that you really like and it goes bad . I do my own smoking. Though already frustrated with these guys from past experiences, I Tried to place an order to go yesterday, lady answered, TELLS me to hold and immediately hits the hold button, I didn’t mind. I sat holding for 11 minutes. I finally hang up to call back and no one would answer like the phone was placed of the hook.
