This place is fantastic! The food is delicious, albeit a bit expensive. However, I appreciate the convenience of using the Starbucks app. It's definitely worth it.
I recently ordered coffee through the app for a quick pick up on my way to work. I placed the order 15 minutes before arriving, but when I got there, the drink hadn't been started. The restaurant was nearly empty, with the employees chatting amongst themselves. They didn't greet me or ask for my order, they simply noticed me, made the drink, placed it on the counter, then went back to their conversation. They also didn't have name tags.
Do not go to this location if you need prompt service. This location has very poor time management and takes a very long time to make drinks. It took 21 minutes for 2 drinks. I also asked the barista how much longer I could expect and she ignored me. After all of that, I requested no whip on my drink and the cup also indicated no whip. Same barista did added the whip… how surprising. Definitely need a change of management and staff.
The inside is so comfortable and relaxing. Absolutely our favorite Starbucks to visit and enjoy our drinks
Very rude employee working this evening. I was behind one gentleman 15 minutes before they closed. We were the only two in line. He had trouble paying because his app wouldn't work. When he finally finished up the girl went to make his drink then came over to me and shut the lights off and told me that he was her last customer AFTER she saw me waiting for like 10 minutes. I asked her to please make my drink since I had waited and they weren't even technically closed yet. She very rudely rang me up and then made my drink wrong and rolled her eyes the entire time because she had to make one more drink before she rushed off for the day. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Why hire these lazy kids who hate their job that much???? I won't be back. If you cannot handle making a drink that takes literally 30 seconds for one last customer before your closing time because you are that ready to quit for the day , then you shouldn't be working in the service industry. Go clean bathrooms instead.
