Jimmy John's - Feedback

What Brian Faust doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
Delivery order over an hour late. Called twice and was told twice order was on its way. Called a third time (at the 1 hour late mark) and was told they were bagging it up then. Asked to speak to the manager and got an attitude and was offered to have them cancel the order or wait for them to deliver it. Horrible customer service. Pathetic. Whoever you had working tonight was amazing. The man who seemed to be the manager in a tyedie type hoodie was super kind, super knowledgeable and super helpful. I manage restaurants for a living, give this man a promotion/raise bc you need his loyalty.
