What Brian Faust doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
Delivery order over an hour late. Called twice and was told twice order was on its way. Called a third time (at the 1 hour late mark) and was told they were bagging it up then. Asked to speak to the manager and got an attitude and was offered to have them cancel the order or wait for them to deliver it. Horrible customer service. Pathetic. Every time I order from here it takes almost an hour to get delivered. Even if it’s not lunch or dinner time.Update to original: 2/15/22Ordered online, then got a call 5 minutes later saying they do not have a delivery driver today. Not surprised. Hopefully my money gets refunded for the order. I wish the sandwiches weren’t good or I had another store close.

Everytime i order delivery it takes over an hour to get here

To make matters worse, when the food finally arrived, a sandwich was missing. I called back and spoke to the manager again, asking for both the missing sandwich and a refund. She hung up on me. I ended up driving to the restaurant, where they finally made the sandwich for me. However, when I got home, it was made incorrectly. Dealing with this place has been frustrating; the franchisee really needs to take a hard look at their operations.
