What User doesn't like about Second Cup:
My wife, mother and I went there this last week to get three simple coffees. We have them 1/2 hour later without apology. Albeit was busy, the staff seemed among experienced and believed that it was crucial to take every command (money) as soon as... as they went in the door, instead of ending orders. This is one of my top spots for hot drinks. Their hot chocolate is incredibly rich and smooth - especially with a shot of hazelnut or pumpkin added. It's absolutely delicious!
Not Tim Hortons but some time you got to switch it up, i like there hot chocolate a lot more then Tim Hortons
The customer service at this restaurant is excellent. The staff's attitude is what I liked the most – they were very helpful and knowledgeable when serving customers. The spacious interior layout is well-designed with comfortable furniture, and the coffee is fantastic. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
The drinks are good, the atmosphere is nice, and there is a charming fireplace. The staff has improved greatly in the past 6 months.
Nice atmosphere and good service. The friendly staff came and turned on the electric fireplace when they noticed that I went to sit by it.
