Plenty of meat. No veggies and no sauce. The driest toughest donair I’ve ever had....wtf! Aren’t veggies and sauce cheaper than dried out donair meat?
Should have ordered pizza and wings from somewhere else. the pizza and wings have no flavour bland tasting.
I have always loved the food here especially the Donair Pizza. I have been recommending this store to my friends, coworkers, and even my guests at the hotel I work for. However, I just had the worst customer and delivery service yesterday. When I phoned to place an order at 11:20am, the lady who answered wasn 't really pleasant and was obviously rushing me to place my order. I was charged the regular price I usually pay plus standard delivery charge which is $6. After 30mins of placing my order, I got a call from the lady I talked to when I placed my order and told me that I have to pay additional $2.50 delivery charge as my workplace is not within the city limit . Which I thought is ridiculous because I work just right across the Westgate Plaza. I told the lady that I will just pay for it so I can get my pizza as I only have 30mins lunch break. The pizza didn 't came until 12:45PM and I only have 5 mins left on my break. I am definitely not going to recommend this pizza place especially to my guests as I am very appalled with the customer service I have received yesterday.
Ordered a jumbo Donnair tonight. Asked for an extra squirt of tzatziki sauce as my last Donnair I purchased from here was dry. First off buddy there says it will be an extra charge which I said no way as they don't put enough On! He then says okay don't worry about it and I wait 15 minutes (which was reasonable) and had a bad feeling I was going to be disappointed again. I get the Donnair home, start to eat it.....and the Donnair meat was overcooked on the flat top grill. On top of this....my sandwich was once again dry as the desert. This place is hit and miss. If you go make sure you tell the cook to separate the Donnair meat that he freshly cuts from all of this Donnair bits that were on the flat top grill likely sitting there for hours. I can appreciate cooking my Donnair thoroughly for safety, but seriously guys....separate the Donnair on the flat top. I don't want hard as a rock Donnair bits in my sandwich! Thanks for another unpleasant experience.
Great service, good pizza, but they stand most for Donairs... hands down the best Donair in gp!!
