6. July 2022 just before the crazy lunch hour!!! These ladies deserve thanks. What a bunch of people have to do with it this morning. I have performed with a great order, followed by several larger orders. Whatever tends to make things a little confusing when you have new employees. My order lasted a little longer due to this confusion, but if she found out it, she treated it with so great customer service! I went, and as I always checked my order when I came to the truck, was the only thing missing, the diving sauce and the brother-in-law! So I went back in, just because I actually wanted the diving sauce. The ladies were so good at it. I didn't just say a big deal that I totally understand and it was busy. It was no sweat from my back to come back for just sauce! They gave me extra salad and floated on the inconvenience that caused me to wait and go back! The best part is..... we all laugh and enjoy the moment because people are only humans and we are all overwhelmed at times!!! Ladies- You have done a fantastic job in coping with the situations that appeared in this time! Thank you for your apologies and for pushing so to get things under control! You dried it this morning!!

Just order through Skip, the food that should be hot was hot and the cold was cold. The chicken was good, as always the skin was crispy and the chicken juicy. The delivery time was estimated at 34 minutes and I am sure it was delivered in much less time. Your prices are offered with the other chicken in the city.

I need to try a 3-piece chicken box for lunch. The chicken was absolutely delicious! Great taste and not much Gristle. The skin was beautiful and crispy from an excellent texture. My sample box has been delivered so that I cannot testify to the waiting times or comment whether they have improved from the exorbitant long waits that existed before. I couldn't go there before my break had run out of time before I even got my food over and over again. So I stopped going there, but now that it's under new management, I think I'm happy to go there for lunch!

Good food. Better than KFC. Not the fastest but everything is cooked really well. Dine in or take out. A little pricey but no more expensive than any other chicken place these days. Good sides too. My fav is the chicken tenders.
