The photos don't tell you how awesome this place is- we had Mac & Cheese (so good!) Ribs, fish & chips.... wings.... and it was all very very good. Complimentary home made salsa & chips is a great touch. Service was great- and food portions are huge for a great price. I had the pesto zucchini spaghetti- seen in picture with steak add on. Family friendly- we will definitely be back. View all feedback.

First time ordering and the person answering the phone was extremely rude ! I ordered and she basically talked down to me. I know it’s hard to get staff but maybe try a little harder to be nice to your paying customers people talk ! Guess we will order somewhere else Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$80–90 View all feedback.
This place sure does get rave reviews. I think it 's a little overblown how great The ridge actually was in our experience. Overall the food was good, but not totally amazing. I had the one pan pasta which was great and garlicy but also had enough oil that I could light it on fire. My partner ordered a Philly steak but it doesn 't come with a pretzel bun as advertised anymore, to which the server was it 's been that way for a long time ...so how about updating the menu? #findaprintshop). But our main server was friendly throughout and pints are 5.25 which is always a nice surprise. So in the end...the food was ok but not amazing. Glimmers of bad attitude but mostly ok, and just enough mediocrity that I 'd likely go another place if given the chance. Maybe it was an off day, but here 's hoping they can up their game before summer really kicks in.
The service was a bit slow but the ambiance of the restaurant is great and so was the food. Great menu!
We are touring Alberta and finding the “Bug things” after seeing the Big Ram we decided to find a local restaurant as that is one of our rules of our trips. This restaurant was clean, friendly and served big taste. My hubby had the mozzarella mushroom burger and said it was the best he ever had. The salads were divine and the yam fries with dill dip, simply yummy.
After battling the nine hour trip, including the ridiculously terrible highway between Hinton and GC, we finally checked in to our hotel and went to eat. In these co-vid times, it's very hard to rate the vibe and feel of a place because any dressing is killed when your waitress has to wear a mask. Not criticizing, it has to be done, but it does kill any ambiance. The place is modern and attractive and has a fun appeal to it. Minors can eat til 9 so my 5 year old was covered. My boy ordered the kid fingers and fries. Standard, good tasty with a big portion of fries. My wife ordered the Chicken quesadilla and she was amazed at the size and great taste. She said it was one of the best quesadillas she had ever had. I ordered the Hot hamburger sandwich but opted out of the onions or mushrooms. Came with a large order of coated fries that were very good. The patties were large, well cooked and the gravy was delicious. For dessert I had the deep fried ice cream which was ridiculously large for $6.50 All in all a very good meal for a reasonable price. Would definitely cone again.
The service was extremely slow and our server did not clear any of the dirty dishes as they accumulated on our table. There was hardly enough space for our desserts. It was not a pleasant dining experience.
