My foot long clubhouse Sub was fast and fresh. Very nice server. View of the mountains. What could be better

The lady who made my subs today was working alone. She handled money in between each customer and was just grabbing a plastic glove without washing her hands to make the next sub. Gross on a normal day, potentially pretty dangerous right now. Won't be going back.
Slow as hell. Ten minutes for two little potato bread sandwiches?
