What User doesn't like about Taco Maya:
The tacos here are more like taquitos and had good flavor. The fajitas and quesadillas are just OK. Not bad but just not great. If you go here, it is an experience however I would not go out of my way. View all feedback.
Large small restaurant only one block from the main street in akumal. we had guacamole that was delicious. we had chicken and carnitas tacos. both were delicious. great salsa too. family of super friendly people who obviously care what they do.
Really good fish tacos each serving comes with three very loaded tacos, enough to fill them for lunch. faster and beautiful service, the place is in akumal, a local and covered village with beautiful wall paintings.
The fish and chicken groves were amazing. a lot of taste and the walk in akumal from our resort. there were no toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom, but the food is prepared for it!

This place had decent food and prices were not bad, fajita tacos were mini but with salsa they were acceptable, just to stop and go, recommended.
