Food was terrible one sandwich not edible. All 3 sandwiches missing items and not made to our order. Called the restaurant we were told on 1st call no manager was available all busy on the floor was told to call back. Called back they said no managers were working at 9 pm on a Saturday night!!!! Awful service Food

Good food, good prices, good drinks! Love that you can make a reservation, great for pre-post events downtown.
During our weekend visit to Grand Rapids, we stayed at a hotel nearby this restaurant which was conveniently within walking distance. The service was pleasant and enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed the sandwiches, burgers, and battered fries, while the hummus appetizer was only average (the pita points were tasty, but the chips lacked flavor).
