What User doesn't like about Whataburger:
I had a very frustrating experience at this restaurant today, January 31st, around 5:00 PM. They informed me that they only provide service through the drive-thru and that I needed to be in a vehicle. I explained to the manager, Francisco, that I’m a truck driver and my truck was stuck in the snow due to the weather. This is one of the best Whataburger locations we've ever visited. The service is really friendly and quick, and the food tastes incredibly fresh. I wish other locations would follow their example!
We arrived just before the dine-in area was closing, yet at no point did we feel rushed. The staff was very attentive to our needs, ensuring that our orders were correct both when we placed them and when we received our food. Although they had to lock the door to prevent more customers from coming in, the employees remained courteous and friendly, even 30 minutes after closing time while we were still enjoying our meal. It’s evident that this team cares about their customers, their store, and one another, and that dedication shines through. This Whataburger is truly a hidden gem!
The chicken sandwich is tasty, but it definitely needs the special sauce; otherwise, it can be a bit dry. The drive-thru employee was friendly and professional.
Love this place! Not as busy as the one off of pioneer and 161. Only 1 drive thru line. This location is currently smaller and older than many others. Good food!
The new chicken sandwich was quite enjoyable, and I really loved the sauce on it. The drive-thru cashier was also very polite and professional.
