Long John Silver's A&w - Grand Prairie

Worked as a cook at this Long John Sliver maybe 10 years ago.. came in today got the L5 the fish was fresh and hot just like how I always made it

Ordered on line but store is only open to drive through. Have to wait on drive line to pick up. Went home find out 2 sides ordered was missing. Can’t go back as it is over 30 miles away. Called store no one answer. Write to complain and no one response either.

I had a truly awful experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, and the cook was extremely rude, even yelling profanities. We ended up asking for our money back. I will definitely not be returning. Additionally, the customer before me also requested a refund due to the service and long wait.

The service seems indifferent. My fish had raw dough on it, as if it weren't fully cooked. The portions looked oddly deformed. What happened here? Is there new management?

The experience was truly disappointing. The food was undercooked, and the dough from the fish was raw. The hush puppies looked unappetizing as well. If I had paid with a debit card, I would have filed a claim immediately. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time coming here.
