Jack In The Box - Grand Mound

Drive through is coned off at 1am. I've seen people curse at their phone, drive over the grass and honk at window. Text DM if you want, that don't matter. This is not the place for late night food. At least I only wasted $7 here.

Waited 20 minutes to get to the window, just to be told they only had 1 person in the kitchen and need to wait another 20 or more. I get being understaffed, but maybe tell me or is going to be an hour before you take my order.

They're offering a free Oreo cookie bar in the app, but they don't have it at the restaurant. So it's just a scam to get you to come in. There's always a really long wait, they always short you on the food, and the employees are incredibly rude. When I say always, I literally mean always, by definition. There is no exception; we have never received our full order that we paid for, ever. We're never happy with our order so we just stopped going. We've reached out multiple times about the issues, and never received a response. They've basically stolen money from real customers, so we will never go back. They're probably going to give a generic response saying that they're sorry and they want me to reach out, which I have already done and they have not responded to. If they really cared about their customers they would refund the money they stole, or make orders right to begin with.

Went thru the drive thru and well they didn't get it right. but we ate what we got.

Ordered the most simple of meals. Took 34 minutes to get my food. And my burger was already cold before we pulled out of the drivethru. (I was a passenger, and the only order)
