Their staff is kind of Meh, but I’ve alwa... read more EVERYONE PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE ENTERING THE RESTAURANT.I have gone to Gurus a couple of times and I love their food. Their staff is kind of Meh, but I’ve always over looked it because their food is so good. However, last time I was there and flipping through their menu, the very last page, in the bottom with a tiny font states, “15 percent Gratuity charge will be added to all bills”.I for one, have no problem with this, since other restaurants I’ve been to have done this, however the difference is that they advertise it very clearly everywhere.When I got my receipt from Gurus, it didn’t even have any statement of a gratuity charge. Just up-charged food items.Please adjust the tips you leave based off this up charge??

Guru’s really knocked it out of the park. The service was lovely, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I had the garlic naan, the veggie momo, and the paneer makhani and it was all terrific. It came out quickly, and was a gorgeous temperature. Truly great experience overall!
