The service was quick and friendly, and my food arrived hot and fresh. However, the coleslaw was a bit off; while it was fresh and crunchy, it had an overwhelming vinegar taste. Additionally, I found the prices to be quite high. View all feedback.

I went to grab some cheese curds tonight, but they told me the kitchen was closed for the night, and it was only 6:30 PM! So, I ended up spending my money at Charleys Philly Steaks instead. A&W in the mall is really disappointing. If you’re going to stop serving food at 6:30, then you should change your hours to reflect that you don’t stay open until 9 PM, especially on a Saturday. I spent alot of money and got awful drinks, no carbonation which they knew it but still sold it. Food was pretty bad also. Not going back.
I personally know the manager at this restaurant and she's a big hearted person who works hard every single day. She takes pride in her job and goes above and beyond to make sure the restaurant runs smoothly.
