Description

Rustic Roots serves fresh, locally sourced fare in a casual beach‑town setting, famed for its pizzas, quinoa bowls and fajita salad. With vegetarian, vegan and gluten‑free choices, step‑free access and a friendly crew, it’s a family‑ and visitor‑friendly spot for dine‑in, takeout or outdoor eating. Expect counter‑style service and a small retail nook; popular items can sell out and service may be slow when understaffed, but quality ingredients and warm hospitality keep patrons coming back.

I always enjoy the fresh ingredients at Rustic Roots. It's a fantastic place to hang out with friends. It's my husband's favorite pizza spot, and they have the best fajita salad around.

Vegetarian options: They offer not only several vegetarian choices but also vegan options! Wheelchair accessibility: Unlike most buildings in downtown Grand Haven that have steps at the entrance, this place is step-free. You can enter without any obstacles, and there's a gentle ramp inside.

Great pizza and best Italian sandwich in West Michigan. Lily who works the kitchen is also amazing and I'm not just saying that because she's my daughter ?

The food and service are great here. Excellent local and organic dishes, great combinations. I had the Chicken Mexican Quinoa bowl work mango, banana peppers and onions ... Delicious! I tried a slice of pizza that I'd been hearing about, very fresh and cheesey. Great quality of ingredients. I will say, they run out of quinoa often, but if you're willing to wait she'll whip up some more to satisfy her customers.

Visiting from NZ and this was by far the best food we have had while here. The pizza was super delicious as was the habanero chicken quinoa bowl and the staff were just lovely. You have to try this place if you are in the area. Yes the service was a bit slow due to lack of staff but well worth the wait.
