The batter... read more While we pride ourselves on making a great Fish and Chips at home, this Cantine truly delivered on their claim of serving delicious deep-fried fish. The batter was crispy and the fish was fresh and flavorful. The tartar sauce was so tasty that we even dipped our fries in it. The prices were very reasonable and the portions were generous. After the meal, we felt guilty about indulging in so much fried food, but we couldn't deny the deliciousness of the meal. We look forward to returning for another visit.

The Fish and Chips are delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The homemade chips are a nice touch, unlike the frozen ones found in many other restaurants. On Sundays, I usually opt for the Brunch plate which includes a variety of dishes for less than $9.00. While the restaurant may not be fancy, the food surpasses that of upscale establishments. Customers order at the front counter and are served by a friendly and attentive staff. The atmosphere is welcoming and encourages conversation among diners. The combination of good food and a fun environment enhances the dining experience. I highly recommend O Max for those looking to indulge in top-notch food and exceptional service. I personally drive 50 km or 40 miles just to dine there, and have never regretted the journey for such a great restaurant.

For adults, you can enjoy traditional items like beans, potatoes, sausage, ham, and bacon, as well as a healthier fruit breakfast choice. The staff is friendly and welcoming. We would definitely return if we find ourselves back in Granby.
