Dunkin' - Granby
Dunkin'
Description
This neighborhood Dunkin’ mixes recent improvements under new owners with lingering inconsistency. Management has improved accuracy and warmth, and the cold brew is a standout, yet customers still report slow drive‑thru lines, intermittent rudeness, understaffing, and skimpy items (smaller doughnuts, missing lemon). Service and ambiance fluctuate by shift — efficient and friendly when fully staffed, sluggish or curt at other times. A convenient spot for takeout and coffee runs, but expect variability.

Every time I have tried to go here, the door is locked. The hours always say it’s open, but that’s not the case
Used to be a good dunkin donuts it really was but the service has gotten so slow recently (it looks like some new workers) but no lobby still and every other time they mess up my order
Normally ok but had the *worst* experience here this morning. Ordered on the app a few minutes before we arrived, long line (10 or so cars). Took literally 30 minutes to get to the window, get there and I'm told they're out of plain Bagels for my sausage egg and cheese. I tell them to just get me whatever thinking I'll get an everything or an onion or even a multigrain. They put it on a CINNIMON RAISIN. Seriously? Absolutely the worst choice. The other sandwich we got was missing cheese and was cold. The hash browns were rock hard and cold. Can't believe we paid $20 to wait 30 minutes for inedible food. Absolutely ridiculous.
