This jewel of an ice cream is part of the main restaurant called with the same name. Roots. And both the creative foods and the completely fabulous ice creams are a force to count on. Honestly you can't mess up ice cream, nothing wrong with the product but this is got to be the most overpriced ice cream on the planet. Two other locations you can get ice cream in Suffield Center or Southwick that is just as good if not better and way cheaper. View all feedback.

Ice was delicious...Banana Graham and milk-free banana... delicious so good! The food was also fantastic, chicken gyro, pommes and Mac... The staff were very helpful and hard working. The owner even came out to welcome customers. Great place to grab a quick bite and some really good ice cream... blessings!
A place can be good. That's something. Consistency is something different, and grass roots far exceeds that. The only thing that is better than her inappropriate ice cream is the fact that you support a local small company with every purchase. Your customer-centric service and the excellent ice cream is why I come back regularly. Double Oreo is highly recommended! A true Granby and Farmington calendar that I hope to come back in the future.
You really have big ice cream! I just went for the first time. I ordered a pot Irish Cream chocolate chip, and a pot of caramel ice on a chocolate waffle cone. Amazing!
Wonderful small ice cream shop! The choices of unusual, interesting and fun flavors and toppings is amazing. Great service by very polite and friendly staff.
