Was katie53835 at Tostometro a mag?
This is delicious. As other reviews mentioned the menu is limited but was delicious. Sometime referred to as Banana Burger by travelers. I had the vegetarian and it was great. We were also able to mix the flavours for the drinks. They provided a small starter and dessert also. View all feedback.

Nice experience. They offer only 4 variations of the same sandwich, two drinks, one dessert. They have open kitchen. Gluten and diary free.

If you ever visit Granada (Nicaragua) which is a beautiful colonial city with a huge lake and an impressive volcano, you better eat at Tostometro. This place is a dedicated gluten free venue that loves cooking with local and natural ingredients. No processed food here, the owner said. They offer fried plantain burgers with veggie, vegan, and meat options (pork, chicken, and cow). The owner is such a nice person. His staff is pretty friendly too. Another good news is that you can see your own food being cooked in front of your eyes which gives me peace of mind. As Tostometro is located inside the Granada Market, which is pretty messy, please don’t judge the book by the cover, get inside and enjoy a safe and tasty experience. Their salsas are to die for. Try them! I tested a sample of my meal with a gluten sensor and everything came back without gluten. Of course, I asked the same regular questions before going there. Thank you to the user that reviewed Tostometro here before me. It was good to know I had a safe option in Granada.

They only have buns out of tostones so I felt really safe eating there

Perfect place to eat a Gluten FREE meal. The food is incredibly tasty. They use only fresh ingredients and their sauces are prepared daily. It's an original idea of a burguer. There is no bread as it's actually made with "Tostón" plátano (plantain) and it's sooooo tasty! The vegetables and the meat (if you would like) are done on the grill and it's delicious! I would definitely recommend you to try this place as it is definitely worthy and the prices are reasonable.
