Unfortunately, this seems to be the case. the chef obviously never tasted his own creations (or never tried vegan eating elsewhere), otherwise they would never do some of the tapas they do. E.g pinchitos was only uncooked/unspiced and very slightly roasted soybean carving on a stock, served with dry brot. the same for kebab and very similar for chicken steak in pack. eating untreated soy could cause digestion problems for more sensitive people. the room looked like something between canteen and sportable, but that could be perfect for young people who start their night with a beer
