I ATE AN EXCELLENT FIRST COURSE, PACCHERI WITH SAUSAGE AND WELL-SPREADED PARSLEY. MY DAD, INSTEAD, ORDERED THE GNOCCHI ALLA SORRENTINA (PHENOMENAL) COOKED IN A WOOD-FIRED OVEN.
