Firehouse Subs Grafton Marketplace

Overall, I enjoy Firehouse Subs. Especially the Italians. This time I tried the Prime Rib Steak Sandwich. Steak was chewing. I prefer the Streak at Quiznos or Jersey Mikes. But they still have my favorite version of the Italian sub.

This is the third straight time I have come and the lady in the checkout Legit takes 5 minutes PERSON. While I understand that she worked hard, the time she needs is completely unacceptable. Something has to be done as it takes 20 minutes to get a sandwich.

Much less fire than expected... like almost zero fire... But really good subs. So 9 Outta 10 regarding food, but 0 outta 10 on Pyromania satisfaction.

There was a mix-up when my order (my mistake) was placed online. It was treated so professionally by the manager and owner. I was completely satisfied with the result and definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and friendly service.

I ordered a New York Steamer and a bowl of the potato soup. They were out of the soup and said there would be a 17 minute wait to heat more soup. I said, ? No that?s fine I?ll just do the sandwich. Not only did it take too long (like ten minutes I?ll say) to make the sandwich the punk kid jipped me on the meat by just putting a little bit of corn beef on it and not the pastrami on it. I don?t know what?s up with all these lazy punk kids in the food industry , but it needs to stop. I do not recommend this place ?
