Qdoba Mexican Eats - Fox Point

Qdoba has some of the best burritos around. I went with the borrito bowl and I wasn't disappointed. Kinda fun using the Coca-Cola freestyle machine to mix up the perfect soda as well!

I made an order today for delivery. Upon arrival I didnt receive half of my order. There also were no utensils. I tried to call the store but the phone just rings.

I have had multiple instances of my order being incorrect at this restaurant. When I visit in person, the staff always seems rushed and impatient while taking my order, causing me to have to repeat myself frequently. This time, I decided to order online, but upon arrival to pick up my food, I discovered that several items were missing - including lettuce, pico de gallo, cilantro, pickled onions. Despite the missing items, the price remained the same and I was not informed until I inquired about it. This branch is the worst.

The past two weeks have been disappointing in terms of service at this restaurant. Last week, I had to wait 35 minutes for my food to be made twice.

We ordered online and it said it would be ready in 12 minutes. We went to pick it up and there were many people waiting for their online orders. Meanwhile, they were still letting people walk up and order in person and leave with their food right away. I waited over an hour for food that I ordered and paid for in advance. Terrible organization. They should have stopped taking walk up orders until they finished all the online orders that people were waiting an hour for.
