I started with poppadoms, then had grilled salmon and oven-roasted whole Grafham trout as my main course. The salad that accompanied the starter was just as delicious as the main dish. Whole fish may not appeal to everyone, but I thought it was fantastic. The restaurant was also bustling with a lot of orders being processed.
