Even during the day I was called and asked if I wanted to eat in the evening (taken 20-21 as an arrival time when booking). Due to the closure of the kitchen, I was asked to make a bread time so that I would get something to eat in the evening. Despite the fact that I have eaten with relatives in the evening, this is an exemplary and simply super customer service. The check-in and the handover of the keys went smoothly. My room or better said apartment was really big and had a living room and a large hall next to the bedroom. It was probably a new room and very modern. Very nice.Also breakfast was suitable and staff attentive and accommodating.Only the officially suggested breakfast time of 8.00 a.m. (unofficially it was fortunately already before) is too late for me as a business traveler.Everything in all, the attentive, friendly and accommodating staff made a smile on my face.
