This was honestly the worst hotel experience ever. From the moment we arrived, the man at the front door was rude and questioned us as if we didn’t belong there, almost refusing to let us in. When we finally got our room, it only had one bed – even though our booking should have been for a double. We politely asked if he could help us upgrade to a double room (something my agency should have handled), but instead of trying to help, he raged at us, saying we had to book online and that we were “causing problems.” At one point, he even told us to pack our things and leave immediately. We stayed calm and polite the whole time, and even when my German friend tried to explain the situation in German, the staff member kept raising his voice. Only after more arguing did he reluctantly change us to a double room. But the problems didn’t stop there: • There was no shampoo or toiletries in the bathroom. • When we mentioned it, the staff member just laughed at us. • The beds were uncomfortable and of very poor quality. • The humidity in the room was extremely high, making it hard to sleep. Overall, the service was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. We felt unwelcome from start to finish. Never again. I do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances
