Universo Brasserie - Governors Bay

Lovely inviting restaurant, well laid out most seats have a degree of privacy.  I can't say I was wowed by the choices I made.  In particular, the pork belly was that dry, I had trouble eating it.  Unfortunately it came with a peanut sauce which I had to switch out for another.  The sauce that accompanied it was a spicy chilli sauce which overpowered the pork.  Coffee was great however.  My husband had the venison dish which he enjoyed.  Our waiter was excellent, he had good wine knowledge and allowed us to try two options which we were impressed with.
