What Antje Schmidt doesn't like about Shanghai Street Dumplings Entx:
Bit disappointed. Was looking forward to a roasted duck noodle soup, to discover the duck is served with the bone never had that before. Maybe 'before ' was the exception), the bean sprouts were missing as well as the coriander. No mention of it when I ordered. When I asked was told bean sprout and coriander is deco and they ran out if it 's deco then don 't put it on menu). Credit they took it back and I changed to... View all feedback.
Garlic chicken wings, no garlic flavor totally bland. Lemon chicken on rice tastes like biting into a raw lemon. Pork belly Bao Buns looks nothing like the photo, was served with plain iceberg lettuce and aioli. The whole thing was a waste of money and a disappointment. They are not professional chefs.
Poor service and bad manner staff, not going again.

When I asked was told bean sprout and coriander is deco and they ran out if it 's deco then don 't put it on menu). Credit they took it back and I changed to chicken with assurance I would get more green...... only to get served less. Lots of noodles though : The chicken must ve come from another order as it was fried and the bok choy hung limply in the soup. $17.50 wasted. Sorry Shanghai Steet Dumplings I am sure you can do a lot better.
Menu online was cheaper than the price charged in store when pointed out, the server refused to acknowledge the false advertising. Then didn't give a receipt or buzzer or number, and so I watched as my food was handed to another couple. Finally they brought over someone else's dumplings and I was too sick of the 25 minute wait to argue any further. I'd also watched them give away a different customer's food to the wrong people and made him wait another 15 minutes for them to cook more, so it seems this happens frequently. Not worth it.
Was with a friend who ordered and paid for a dozen dumplings, was given 6 and then was screamed at when he asked for fulfillment of his order. Not a good business model really.
