Only went for a coffee and a chai. It was too early for us to eat anything but the cabinet had only a few muffins left although there were still plenty of slices on offer. Our drinks were really good and the service from the two on deck was smiley, friendly and efficient. View all feedback.
Breakfast with sausage roll... something like Saucijzenbroodjes.... and doughnut muffin with hazelnut cream....tastes like donut, looks like muffin. . Food : 4/5 Service : 4/5 Price : Place : 3/5
Convenient location near indoor play area for children. Great in rainy weather. Nice food and coffee. Helpful staff
Tried out south city muffin break today and ordered my usual flat white and cheese scone. To my delight,they were both exceptional. The coffee tasted just right and the scone was a great size,crunchy and cheesy just the way I like it. I can honestly say that it was the best out of all muffin breaks I've visited in the south island. So I am happy to say this will be my new local now we live in town.

Absolutely impressive! The best coffee experience I've had in 2018! The staff were very friendly and my coffee was ready by the time I finished paying for it. The coffee was nice and hot, just what I like. Will definitely come back again.
