Ordered coffee via the BPME app and when I arrived, I can just pick up and go, so does pumping gas. No need to talk to anyone, so easy! Coffee is also amazing, Colombian bean is the best!! View all feedback.

Order coffee online and for the last 4 times, coffee order has been ignored in store. If you want to offer a service via an app then make sure your staff are observant of orders coming thru.. The new standard quality of coffee from this store is burnt and 3/4 full. View all feedback.

Terrible service, wouldn't serve me even though she was just standing there doing nothing and told me to go over to another counter to be served then served the people behind me. Got my coffee won't too..
Who ever heard of a BP without pies? I guess the staff at this branch only sell what they like themselves. They had an abundance of overpriced cordon bleus. A few vege sausages. Not worth dropping in for a bite.
Was my favorite BP, but not today.12.14pm called in for coffee and food but the girl serving should not be in customer services. No friendly greeting, no eye contact and one sylable grunts directed at her feet. She should have called in sick if that is how she felt. Sorry BP but you have to do better than that.
Kind restaurants/cafes ask you for your bag if you are picking up a doordash order like a normal kind person would do but here at bp edgeware, they give you a thumbs down straight away. I mean you can always ask the driver.. And it was a coffee order for goodness sake which i put on my car cup holder. Not in the hot bag to avoid spillage rude people
