My breaks are only 15 minutes long, and I usually end up waiting in the drive-thru for 20 to 30 minutes, which means I rarely get the chance to grab a coffee. I do really love their coffee; it's one of my favorites!

I was quite disappointed; I really should have just gone to McDonald's for a more affordable coffee that likely would have tasted better.

I visited the Dunkin' in Gouverneur today and ordered an iced caramel latte. Unfortunately, what I received was just a plain latte with no caramel. I mentioned... read more I visited the Dunkin' in Gouverneur today and ordered an iced caramel latte. Unfortunately, what I received was just a plain latte with no caramel. I mentioned this to the staff, and she made me another one, but this time she just added sugar! It was dreadful—no caramel and ice filling the cup to the brim, leaving very little latte! I've been to Dunkin' every week and have never received such a poorly made drink before. They really need to provide this employee with some training—ASAP!
