We visited last weekend (30th April). Ordered two chicken dishes, a starter and a naan. The curry sauces were nice, though very similar. The chicken was overcooked and dry usually found chicken in Indian dishes to be very tender and juicy. Naan, the flavour was nice, and texture flaky, but far too oily was like it was shallow fried in oil. Potentially, they do not use a tandoor to cook, could explain dry chicken and oily naan. The interior also needs a deep clean. The walls, with a textured wallpaper, are spattered with food and oil stains not appealing. Would not visit again, there is a far superior Indian restaurant literally 200m down the same main road.
Very near maharani restaurant and although both are similarly priced, the taste of maharani is better. We have had food here several times and can say its worth a visit when craving for Indian food.
