El Meson De Barajas - Goshen

We were searching for a traditional Spanish restaurant in our area, that also had a great ambiance and good food. We started with a Spanish martini, made with gin, vermouth, and a hint of bitters. It was perfect. We then tried the seafood paella and the seafood in red sauce. Each dish was delicious and generously portioned, perfect for sharing. I savored every juicy shrimp and flavorful bite. The lobster was fresh and tender. We saved room for the flan, which was delicious with its perfectly caramelized sugar adding a sweet smoky flavor. The meal and service were excellent. Our server was very attentive and on point. I would highly recommend El Meson to everyone.

The dining experience was excellent. I enjoyed the grilled salmon a la pastelerra with a delicious glazed sherry sauce. The portion was family style for two and my sister had a generous portion of jumbo shrimp in garlic sauce. We also had sides of rice, broccoli, and potatoes. Our waiter Mario provided excellent service. The elegant atmosphere with white tablecloths added to the overall experience.
